Intermot: Honda CB1100 reaches Europe

Air-cooled retro at last reaches this side of the world
IT'S five years since Honda's CB1100 first appeared at the Tokyo Motor Show and three years since the same bike went into production and on sale in Japan and Australia. And now it's finally coming here.

Inspired by the 1969 CB750 Four, the CB1100 might only make 88.5bhp but it's already found a strong following in the countries where the bike is already on sale. Despite the old-fashioned looks and lack of liquid cooling, the motor was developed specifically for this bike and is actually one of the most modern in Honda's range.
